Weekday stay (Monday-Thursday) 2 nights for $299.00 +5% tax for less than and up to 4 people. The cost is the same for less than and up to 4 people. A Breakfast of pancakes, bacon, eggs and a pot of coffee is included. Each person over 4 people is an additional $20.00 + 5% tax per person per night up to eight people.
“WEEKDAY SPECIAL” Stay the 3rd night for one half price ($74.75)
Monday – Thursday) Three nights would cost $392.44 with tax included.
3 NIGHT WEEKDAY SPECIAL WOULD RUN TWO COUPLES $65.41 PER COUPLE PER NIGHT INCULDING Tax & BREAKFAST or $32.71 per night per person FOR FOUR PEOPLE.
All stays must be at least two nights. The price is the same for less than four as you are renting the entire 1,500 sq ft. 2 bedroom unit. We can accommodate up to eight people.
Each person above four is an extra $20.00 per person per night.
“WEEKEND”
Friday and Saturday (2 nights) = $350.00 +5% tax. This price is for less than and up to 4 people with breakfast of pancakes, bacon, eggs and a pot of coffee included. Each person over 4 people is an additional $20.00 +5% tax per person per night up to eight people.
“The WEEKEND DEAL” You get the 3rd night for half price ($87.50)
You get the 3rd night at half price (Sunday or Thursday night). Three nights cost $459.38 for four people including tax and breakfast of pancakes, bacon, eggs and a pot of coffee. Each person over 4 people is an additional $20.00 +5% tax per person per night up to eight people.
3 NIGHT WEEKEND SPECIAL WOULD RUN TWO COUPLES $76.56 PER COUPLE PER NIGHT with tax & BREAKFAST INCLUDED or $38.28 per night per person with tax & breakfast included.
Weekly rate: $750.00
Plus 5% tax. No breakfast included.
Mid Season June 1st – June 30th

June 1st - June 30th - Stay any 2 weekdays (Monday- Thursday) 2 nights for $310.00 +5% tax for four people. Breakfast of pancakes, bacon, eggs and a pot of coffee is included. Each person over 4 people is an additional $20.00 +5% tax per person per night up to eight people.
“WEEKDAY SPECIAL” You get the 3rd night for half price ($77.50)
Three nights cost $406.88 with tax & breakfast included for four people or less.
3 NIGHT WEEKDAY SPECIAL WOULD RUN TWO COUPLES $67.81 PER COUPLE PER NIGHT WITH Tax & BREAKFAST INCLUDED or $33.91 per night per person.
“WEEKEND”

High Season July 1 through September 15
We only rent by the week or month during this season.

Reservations
Check in Time is 3:00 pm. Check out Time is 10:30 am. Sorry, no pets, smoking and no children under the age of 13.
Deposit required holding reservation. For two or three nights a $200.00 deposit is required. For a week stay a $300.00 is required. Deposit is 90% refundable if notice received 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits by credit card accepted.
