Rates
We rent the entire 1,500 sq. ft. suite as one unit with two bedrooms for up to four people. The suite can accommodate up to eight people. It is $25 per night per person for over four people.
Our policy is no smoking, and no pets. We accept adults with teenagers, but no small children.
Low Season November 1 to April 30
Weekly rate $895.00. No breakfast included, up to four persons. $50 per week for each extra person.
Nightly rate $175.00 for up to four persons, breakfast included.
Special rate for two nights: $300.00 for two nights with breakfast included.
All weekend stays must be at least two nights.
High Season May 1 through October 31
Weekly rate $990.00. No breakfast included, up to four persons. $50 per week for each extra person.
Nightly rate $200.00 for up to four persons, breakfast included.
Special weekday two night rate: $300.00 for two nights, up to four persons, breakfast included.
Weekend two night stay: $350.00 for up to four persons, breakfast included.
Weekend stays must be at least two nights. We will not rent for one night on a weekend.
